Request a new or replacement tree
馃嚞馃嚙 London Borough of Southwark, ENG, United Kingdom 路 Southwark Council
Ask the council to plant a tree in an empty tree pit or a new location on a street, park or estate, at no cost to you
Southwark Council in south London takes requests for trees on public land. You can report an empty space where a tree should be on a street, in a park or on a housing estate and the council will plant a replacement if possible, or ask for a tree in a new place where funding may be available. The council's stated priority is increasing tree cover, including replacing dead or dangerous trees.
Who qualifies
Anyone can submit a request for a location on a Southwark street, park or estate; the page does not restrict who may ask.
How to apply
Complete the online request form linked from the council's 'Request a new or replacement tree' page. Planting happens between November and March.
