Bare-root and container conservation tree seedlings from the state nursery for shelterbelts, living snow fences and wildlife plantings

The North Dakota Forest Service runs Towner State Nursery, which grows about one million bare-root and container seedlings a year, used mainly in shelterbelts, living snow fences, wildlife block plantings and other conservation plantings. A 2027 catalog is posted on the nursery page. Order confirmations begin in December.
