Taimiteko (Suomen 4H-liitto)

About

Taimiteko is run by the Finnish 4H association and gives young people summer work planting seedlings on land that was not forest before, with almost a million trees planted and 450 hectares established toward a goal of 10,000 hectares by 2030. After the 2025 season the focus has shifted to tending the young stands. Teenagers can look for planting work on the Nuoret page, and landowners or donors can reach the team through the contact page.
