Helps Lewisham and Southwark residents get street trees planted, then waters them with volunteers

About

Street Trees for Living has planted more than 3,500 street trees in south London since 2012, with a survival rate it puts at 95 percent. Residents of Lewisham and Southwark can work with neighbours to get a tree planted on their street, and volunteers give an hour or two a month to water and check young trees in summer. Donations cover trees and planting.
