Volunteer plantings each spring and fall to restore Buffalo's storm-damaged canopy
About
Re-Tree WNY formed after the October 2006 storm destroyed tens of thousands of trees in Buffalo and its suburbs. It still runs volunteer planting days every spring and fall, with the next ones listed on its home page. Show up with gloves and a shovel, and the group will put you to work.
