Dublin social enterprise that plants dense native pocket forests with communities and schools
About
Pocket Forests plants small, dense stands of Irish-grown native trees and shrubs in urban spaces, building the soil first with cardboard and composted food waste. It works with residents' groups, schools and companies, and a community can contact it to plan a pocket forest of its own or follow its free growing guide. Its NatureWorks events bring people together to plant and learn.
