About
Plan Boom is the tree programme of the Dutch Natuur en Milieufederaties and regional landscape bodies. The national target of five million trees was reached in 2024, and several provinces carry on with winter planting weekends and free giveaways of trees and bird-friendly shrubs. Check your provincial page for the next giveaway, sign up as a volunteer, or ask the provincial contact for plant material and help with a planting on your own land.
