Grows native trees from local seed and plants new woodland on Dartmoor with volunteers
About
Moor Trees collects seed from Dartmoor and South Devon, raises the trees in its own nurseries and plants them to create new native woodland on the moor's edges. Volunteers do most of the work, from seed cleaning in autumn to planting days through the winter, and the charity publishes its volunteer hours each year. Sessions are listed on Eventbrite and newcomers are welcome.
