St Louis Place Park Planting with GRG

Celebrate St. Louis Place Park by helping us plant native trees and grow the tree canopy in St. Louis! Join us on Saturday, November 14th from 9AM-12PM as we plant trees that will provide shade, beauty, and habitat.  Forest ReLeaf of Missouri, Great Rivers Greenway, and St. Louis City Forestry staff will teach volunteers how to properly plant native trees. Please wear hard-sole shoes, and work clothes. Bring water bottle and gloves if possible. Water, gloves, and light snacks will also be available. Our organization will provide all tools and gloves necessary to plant, water and mulch the young trees planted at this location. Email volunteer@moreleaf.org with any questions about this planting! Visit our partner GRG’s Website to sign up and reserve your spot
