**What you get:** Yard and street trees for $15 each in low-canopy neighborhoods or $50 elsewhere; free through a 'Treeship' for households that cannot pay

The Park People distributes low-cost trees to Denver residents twice a year through Denver Digs Trees. Spring distributions include street trees in the public right-of-way (with permit help) and yard trees; fall distributions are yard trees only. The program includes planting and care instructions, workshops, and sliding-scale planting help for people with physical limitations.

## Who qualifies

The tree must be planted at an address within the City and County of Denver. All residents, businesses, non-profits, and schools are eligible, whether you own or rent. Applicants must have enough space for the tree to mature and take the Tree Pledge. The free Treeship option is for individual households only.
