## About

Tree Eastie is a resident-led group that plants trees in East Boston, one of the city's hottest and least-shaded neighborhoods. Residents can ask for a tree through the Get a Tree page, and volunteers help plant, water and mulch. It began in 2019 and works closely with the city's forestry staff.
