## About

The Tennessee Environmental Council has run Tennessee Tree Day since 2007, and in 2026 it had a pickup site in each of the state's 95 counties. You reserve native bare-root seedlings online in winter for a small donation and pick them up in March; over a million trees have gone in this way. Volunteers also plant at its events through the year.
