## About

SankalpTaru Foundation is an Indian NGO founded in 2012 and headquartered in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, that lets individuals and companies plant and gift geotagged trees online. Most trees are fruit and other livelihood species planted on smallholder farmers' land under its Rural Livelihood Support Plantation Program, alongside urban plantations and desert rewilding work in the Thar Desert and Ladakh. It reported 2.21 million trees planted in FY2024-25 and says it has planted more than 10 million trees that survived. It also runs water-harvesting, biogas and farmer-training projects.
