## About

The California Urban Forests Council has worked on the state's city trees since 1968, through regional councils, events and programs run with CAL FIRE and the US Forest Service. Residents can attend its events and workshops, and its regional councils are a way to find the planting groups nearest you. It is more a convener than a planting crew, but it knows who plants where.
