## About

El Bosque de los Zaragozanos is run by the Zaragoza city council with the foundation ECODES and aims to plant 700,000 trees in and around the city, with about 205,000 trees and plants on 230 hectares so far. Residents can sponsor a tree through the Apadrina programme and follow the Plantaciones section for planting days. Local shops also sell symbolic trees that fund real ones, with part of the money going to a children's cancer charity.
