| Data note | Nébéday's planting site shows a static headline of 'Déjà plus de 9 000 000 millions d'arbres plantés au Sénégal' while its live counter reads 10,639,817 trees since 2017; the counter equals the sum of the ten published campaign totals (2017: 320,995; 2018: 548,712; 2019: 760,182; 2020: 1,130,068; 2021: 1,158,283; 2022: 1,767,086; 2023: 1,410,220; 2024: 1,121,255; 2025: 1,159,990; 2026 to date: 1,263,026). The 'notre démarche' page gives 8.2 million trees for 2016-2024, which matches the 2017-2024 campaigns. Figures count trees and mangrove propagules put in the ground, not survivors; Nébéday replaces dead seedlings where it can but publishes no survival rate. |
