| Data note | Landcare Australia is a grant-maker and coordinating body, not a planting organisation: the 206,302 figure counts 'trees and plants established' (including shrubs and ground covers) by projects it funded or supported in FY2024-25, as reported by those groups, not trees planted by its own staff. It does not publish a cumulative tree total. The annual report's infographic page renders the same figure ambiguously in extracted text, so the SDG-section wording is used. |
