They also advise on reforesting cutover or open land (vegetation control, species, spacing, finding a contractor, ordering seedlings and applying for cost-share) and on marketing timber (competitive bids, buyer lists, sample sale announcements and contracts). Basic forest management services are normally limited to five man-days per landowner per year; the Commission also offers fee-based services and equipment rentals.","eligibility":"Forest landowners with 10 to 1,000 acres of woodland can request a forester visit.
