Neighborhoods with less than 40 percent tree canopy get a one-week head start on registration.","eligibility":"You must own or have property within Cincinnati city limits and plant the tree there; the form asks for the first three digits of your Hamilton County parcel ID. Front- and backyard planting is allowed, not the strip between street and sidewalk.
